AFTER THIRTY (30) DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE*, OUR TWO (2) YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY COVERS MANUFACTURING DEFECTS OF THE MODMIC, KIMURA. AND/OR ITS ACCESSORIES.*****
At our discretion, we will repair or replace your product for two (2) years or the minimum required by local law, whichever is longer, following the date of purchase for any manufacturing defects in the product and/or its accessories that prevent the product from working as intended/designed.
Our Warranty does not cover/is voided by the following:
- Damage caused by accident, abuse, neglect, or misuse.
- If you cannot supply a valid dated proof of purchase.
- If the product has been given any modifications that involve disassembling any part of the product or splicing the cables.
- If the product has been disassembled/modified without instruction from a member of Antlion Audio's staff.
- Warranties are non-transferable and apply only to the original owner / recipient.
We require you to send your defective product back to us for repair/replacement. The only cost to you will be shipping your product back to us, and your new/repaired product back to you (costs vary for domestic versus international shipping***).
After Warranty repair or replacement, your Warranty will remain in effect until either two (2) years after your original purchase date, or ninety (90) days after repair or replacement, whichever is longer. If a Warranty repair or replacement is needed during the latter (90-day) coverage, only one (1) repair/replacement is allowed (to close off this loophole).
*Our Warranty Policy applies to products purchased directly from Antlion Audio or its licensed distributors (See our official International Partners). Amazon customers: Double check the vendor name from whom you are purchasing to verify Antlion audio or a partner listed on our international partner list as the "sold by" vendor name prior to purchase. Second-hand purchases or non-authorized partners are not covered by our Warranty. This Warranty is non-transferable.
***Shipment of items for refund, repair, or replacement will be at the customer’s own risk and expense. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost, damaged, or destroyed in transit. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Any out-of-Warranty repairs or replacements done do not come with new Warranty coverage.
