Shipping times

Shipping time ETA:

• 2 Day Shipping (~2 Business days, of course!)
• US, Canada, EU, and UK Standard Shipping (3-5 Business days, average)
• Standard International Shipping (6-20 Business days, depending on destination)
• Expedited International Shipping (3-5 Business days, average)

Carriers vary based on location, and include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. If you have issues with a specific carrier(s), please email us immediately after purchase.

Any order placed after 5pm PST will not process until the next Business day.

For international shipments - once a shipment clears Customs, it can sit in customs for up to 6 weeks until they are required to notify you. Definitely check your local post office / customs office, and see if it is being held there. With COVID-19, there is a good chance that your local courier may require you to pick up your shipment instead of them delivering to your address. This varies by region.

Contact us if an order is lost or stolen. FYI, only our headphone orders have signature confirmation. You may be eligible to have the item replaced depending on circumstances and carrier information.
