Shipping times / policy

Shipping time ETA:

• US, Canada, EU, and UK Standard Shipping (3-5 Business days, average)
• Standard International Shipping (6-20 Business days, depending on destination)

Carriers vary based on location, and include but are not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. If you need a specific carrier, please email us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER. Include information on a required carrier and issues you / your country have had in the past.

Any order placed after 5pm PST Monday through Friday may not process until the next business day.

For international shipments - once a shipment clears customs, it can sit in customs for up to 6 weeks until they are required to notify you. Check your local post office / customs office, and see if it is being held there; VAT fees may also apply (see our Shipping: fees and taxes article).

We STRONGLY urge you to check our Where to Buy page and - whenever possible - shop locally to avoid long delivery times. We know it looks cheaper to purchase directly from us, and we appreciate your wanting to support us directly, but you may end up paying more and waiting longer than you would shopping locally. So please, support your local businesses!

Contact us within seven (7) days of your last tracking update if an order is lost or stolen. Lost, stolen, or missing orders shipped over 40 days ago may not be eligible for replacement. Contact us immediately if you are concerned about shipping times or missing packages.
