Exchange Policy

FROM DATE OF PURCHASE**, WE OFFER A THIRTY (30) DAY EXCHANGE POLICY ON THE MODMIC AND/OR ITS ACCESSORIES.*****

Change your mind about which version of the ModMic you bought? If you purchased your ModMic directly from us and want to do an exchange, we'll happily do it within the first thirty (30) days from your date of purchase. The ModMic must be “like new.” Make sure you've got a proof of purchase such as an order number from our store, or a digital copy of your receipt. We won’t be able to do an exchange if you don’t have it.

• If the price of the item you’re doing an exchange for is higher, you’ll have to cover the difference in cost.
• If the price of the item you’re doing an exchange for is lower, we will refund you the difference.
